As part of the UNESCO Chair research day on cultural policy we've been happy to contribute to a highly topical workshop on South-North cooperation in the cultural and scientific fields.
The workshop was entitled 'Reflecting and Re:Starting South North Cooperation and Collaboration: Needs and Desires of Sub-Saharan-Arab-European Cultural Policies'. It involved artists, cultural professionals, academics, policy experts and international NGOs from the Sub-Sahara region, North Africa and Europe to discuss policy visions and collaborations on the Africa-Europe axis.
